I was first licensed as a loan officer in 1995 after completing my apprenticeship as marketing assistant to the top originating loan officer in Palm Beach County at the time. I was a founding member of a company that has grown into one of the largest commercial brokers in the US. After growing with them for five years I was asked to become the in-house lender with one of Palm Beach County’s Largest Real Estate firms, Illustrated Properties. After several years there I was recruited to work in-house for Waterfront Properties as one of their preferred lenders as well. In late 2007 I relocated with my family to Charlotte, NC where I opened my first retail mortgage branch. I served the North and South Carolina communities until I relocated back to Jupiter, FL in 2016.
